DO YOU KNOW DIAMONDS WERE NOT ATTRACTIVE???

" Success is not a magic. It doesn't come over night. You achieve it through a lot of hard work and dedication. When I reached the peak of my career, people condemned me, some said I am a ritualist due to my wealth. They didn't know my struggle!
I want you to know that a determined soul can never be affected by destiny or prophecies. I wasn't born with a silver spoon or blue blood in my veins but I made up my mind to succeed and make a history after all, histories are made from humans who do extraordinary things.
I couldn't gain admission to the university after I graduated from high school due to my parents financial status. I didn't want to engage in any dubious deals, I wanted to follow the right path with my determination as my weapon against all odds. I did all sort of menial jobs under rain and sun just to get education. I don't eat three square meal because of my burning passion. Finally, I gained admission and made up my mind to be the best.
Take note of this, some friends will want to stay in your life, they don't deserve it. They are not meant to stay. You have to remove them or they terminate your dreams and aspirations. While some are right for you. They will help you reach your destination, give your life the meaning it deserves. I met friends who left me because of our lifestyles were different, so also friends who we both share the same dream.
I graduated as the best student in department, making a first class degree when all my colleagues failed. I was raised from dirt, yet I made it to the top. No student has ever made a first class degree in my department, I broke the record through sweat and prayers. Not quite long, I got a job with a huge salary attached to it. I became a force that every one wants to reckon with as the CEO of Royal Group of Companies. I changed my family's history."
After his speech, everyone especially students present at the lecture gave Mr  Charles Davies a standing ovation. His was an inspiration.
He finally ended the lectures with a piece of advice. "Diamonds were never attractive. They were rough and ugly. Excess pieces were removed to make it attractive. You have to be refined. Don't sit and watch, let people watch you. The world is not interested in your ugliness but how you can transform that ugliness into beauty."
