TUMOUR PART 1

Tumour Part 1
"A time will come in life when you won't have enough, you will have to utilize the one you have with satisfaction. You know, life is sweet when you are not forced to do what is against your wish. It is also important that you protect whatever it is that you have, you will not know the worth till you lose it. I hope you understand." He asked
   "Yes." We all answered obediently
"Good. I know you might be wondering why I am all alone without any woman with me." He smiled gently
We were very curious to unravel that mystery because we call our landlord a wizard( his nickname) secretly.
"I want you to learn from this and tell everyone this story". He began
"I loved my wife so much that I couldn't replace her with silver or gold. She was my treasure, my everything. This might not make any sense to you. It happened twenty five years ago when I was as poor as a church rat with just a pair of trouser and a shirt. I didn't marry the wrong woman, I married 'the bone of my bone".
Though our love was strong, poverty was the only blemish we had in our marital life. Those moments were the darkest moment of my life". He stopped to look at our faces.
"You don't believe because I have houses, cars and other properties". Hmmm. He sighed.
"Okay. One afternoon, I was asleep on the only couch we had in our one room apartment when my wife walked in and woke me up. She looked as happy as someone who just won a jackpot. At first I thought she got a new job but it was totally different.  She told me she ran into an old friend on her way home. I got excited, I wanted to know what happened after their encounter. She told her our present condition and she promised to help. I urged my wife to see her as she informed without suspecting any foul. Not less than a month, our story changed for good.

The story continues...
